Your own trainer

It means you have access to a Personal Trainer over the internet, 24/7 to keep you motivated, on track and supplied with regular exercise programming written specifically for you. You will also be given nutrition guidance to help ensure your success.

All Fit Tribe online members are emailed regularly to check progress and once a week you receive a copy of the newsletter and a new program to work through. You have the ability to ask questions whenever you want to, and also have access to our online discussion forum and Q&A section, articles, recipes and an exercise database - all for members only.

This option is fantastic if you want the privacy of training in your own home, or would like a set program to work on at your local gym. Your trainer, Vanessa won’t treat you like a number and having someone to answer to regularly will ensure your success.

For those training at home, you can start off with little or no equipment, and as your fitness and strength progresses, there are some cheap, easily purchased pieces of equipment such as fitballs, dumbells and skipping ropes that you might like to purchase eventually to ensure you are challenging yourself as much as possible. Fit Tribe can provide equipment sales for you at competitive pricing.

Online PT is priced at $50 (AUD) per week for unlimited email support, access to the members area and your exercise programming and is available to anyone, anywhere in the world. No membership fees - just pay for as many weeks as you want.
