One on One Training

One on One personal training is a worthwhile investment. If you need serious motivation, education and challenges, these intense, focussed sessions will allow you to achieve your goals faster than you thought possible. With constant guidance and goal setting, your trainer will lead you to a new level of health and fitness.

All fitness levels are catered for. The sessions are designed to challenge you, within your own limits and programs are written specifically for you. Your trainer will be able to provide you with 'homework' to do between sessions, and you do not need access to a gym to do this, however if you do have a membership programs can be designed to incorporate the equipment you have access to.

You may book half hour, or full hour appointments, minimum is one hour total per week, best results are achieved with 3 one hour sessions per week, at least until you reach a base level of strength and fitness, and are motivated to train on the other days without your trainer. Our mobile service gives you convenience and the ability to train with your children present if necessary, rather than trying to organise a baby sitter or child care.
