'Mums and Bubs' Group Training
Bring the pram or sling, meet other mums and get AT LEAST your pre baby body back!
Class Description
Vanessa your instructor is a new mum herself and knows what it takes to get your body back. Sessions will last for 1 hour including warm up and cool down. These sessions are specifically designed for women who need to get their muscle tone, fitness and weight back to where it was pre-baby, or better! Sessions will vary each time (including walking, circuits, core strengthening) and you will be challenged as your fitness increases to be sure you achieve your goals. It is also a great chance to meet other mums and improve your social network!
DAYS: Tuesdays
TIME: 10:30am
LOCATION: Stanhope Gardens Softball Fields - Stanhope Parkway, Stanhope Gardens.
COST: $10 per class.
All equipment provided, just bring water bottle, hat and baby!
